Important information for all NON FOOD/BEVERAGE vendors:

-Vendors must notate on their application ANY and ALL special needs and we will try to accommodate them as best we can
-Vendors must fill out the entire form
-Real Estate is first come, first serve.
-Vendors must be set up no later than 11 am on Sunday August 1st
-We are charging extra for tables, chairs, and tents:
Tents: $125
Tables: $10
Chairs: $8

*If anyone is renting any of these items they will be charged a fine if anything is broken or missing.  These items will be set up in their assigned spot by the rental company and picked up at the end of the event in the same spot.

Important information for all FOOD/BEVERAGE Vendors

-If you are selling food or drink you are required by the event and the City of Philadelphia to fill out a health permit form and turn it into the health department on your own.
-If you are selling alcohol you MUST file for an extension of premise with the PLCB
-You MUST have extra security on staff, check ids, and wristband all patrons.  In addition, you must bike rake the area in which patrons are consuming beer in. 
-You may NOT sell any liquor, only beer
-Vendors must notate on their application ANY and ALL special needs and we will try to accommodate them as best we can
-Vendors must fill out the entire form
-Real Estate is first come, first serve.

-If you are selling alcohol or non alcoholic beverages you must comply with any beer or beverage sponsors of the festival
